One Farm.
Multiple Ways to Come Home.

Hopecote Farm is a living, working property where rest, wellness, and community share the same address. Whether you're staying the weekend, booking a session, or finding something to take home —
you're welcome here.

About Hopecote

Welcome to Our Farm & Family.

We're the Balduf Green family, and Hopecote is our home.

Thirty-five acres just outside Springfield, Tennessee — 35 minutes north of Nashville and a world away from the pace of everything else. Real animals, open land, quiet mornings, and the kind of air that slows you down in the best way.

We opened our doors because we believe this place does something to people — and we wanted to share it.

Whether you're here to stay for a night, move your body, nourish yourself, or go deep on your health, there's a place for you here.

Come as you are. Leave better than you arrived.
